Introduction

Why I Made This

I built SimpleDirect for 4 years. A SaaS platform helping home improvement companies finance their customers. I also ran Founder Mobility under my consulting brand ANC — helping founders figure out which geographies made sense for them. Two income streams, diversified, both working well.

By late 2024, I had it figured out. Revenue was good. The SaaS was growing. I was "the SimpleDirect guy" in the home improvement world.

Then I watched a demo.

Some AI tool — I don't even remember which one — that could replicate 80% of what I spent 4 years building. The customer onboarding workflows. The financing logic. The document processing. All of it.

I sat there thinking: "My clients pay thousands for this platform. This thing could do most of it for a fraction of the cost."

Here's what most people do in that moment: they rationalize. "My relationships are different." "My expertise can't be replicated." "This won't happen in MY niche."

I know because I did it too. For about 3 months.

Then I did something that felt insane at the time: I killed the business model. December 2025. Walked away from the thing I'd built my identity around.

The 90 days that followed were the most uncomfortable — and clarifying — of my life.

I had to ask questions I'd been avoiding:

  • Who am I without "the SimpleDirect guy"?
  • What do I actually have that's valuable?
  • How long can I survive if nothing works?
  • What would I build if I was starting from scratch?

This 90-day program is what I wish I had. Not a course. Not a business blueprint. A container for doing the internal work that makes everything else possible.

Why You Should Trust Me

I'm not going to pretend I have all the answers. I'm 27. I've built one real business. I'm still figuring it out.

But I've done the thing most people can't do: I looked honestly at my own exposure, killed something I loved, and started rebuilding from reality instead of wishful thinking.

That's what I'm asking you to do over the next 90 days.

Not because it's comfortable. Because it's necessary.

The original program promised a two- to three-year head start. That was encouragement, not a measured outcome or an established timeline. Reviewing options may help; choosing to wait under real constraints can also be reasonable.

I'd rather you have choices.

What This Isn't

This isn't a side hustle course. I'm not going to teach you to start an Amazon FBA business or build a SaaS.

This isn't productivity porn. No fancy systems. No 47-step frameworks.

This isn't motivational content. I'm not here to pump you up. I'm here to help you see clearly.

What This Is

90 days to:

  • Review tasks and distinguish evidence from assumptions
  • Reflect on any loss or change you are actually experiencing
  • Figure out who you are without the job title
  • Take small, real steps toward something you own

By Day 90, review what you learned and which next step, if any, fits. Completing the exercises does not establish a twelve- to twenty-four-month advantage or a business outcome.

How It Works

The program has three phases:

Phase 1: Awareness (Weeks 1-5) — Record task-level assumptions, reflect on any change you are experiencing, examine hesitation and real constraints, review money assumptions, and separate evidence from forecasts.

Phase 2: Identity (Weeks 6-9) — Who are you beyond your job title? Review skills and relationships, explore the author’s five-layer framework as questions rather than protection guarantees, and pause to integrate what you have learned.

Phase 3: Movement (Weeks 10-13) — Small steps, not big leaps. You'll run one tiny experiment, have one real conversation, make one hard commitment, and graduate.

Each week has daily micro-tasks that take 10-15 minutes. Not hours. You read the week's chapter and do the tasks. That's the whole system.

What You Get

  • Self-paced web chapters — Read the original perspective and exercises here. The archive does not promise the original 2-3 weekly program emails.
  • Daily micro-tasks — Small enough to actually do, meaningful enough to matter
  • A closing reflection — Day 90, review what you learned privately or share it if you choose. The graduation page is a companion reflection, not a fourteenth week.

Everything is free. No upsells hiding behind Week 8.

Before you start — or alongside it — I'd recommend reading the AI Displacement Series. It lays out the bigger picture: what's actually happening with AI and work, why most advice is wrong, and what the real options look like.

It's not required. You can do this program without it. But it gives you context that makes everything here land harder.

How to Use This

Read one week at a time. Don't skip ahead.

Each week has a chapter and daily tasks. The chapter takes 8-10 minutes to read. The daily tasks take 10-15 minutes each. Do them in order.

Write down your reflections. This isn't a suggestion — it's the mechanism. Writing forces clarity. The act of putting your thoughts into words is what makes the program work.

Keep your streak. Show up every day for 90 days. Miss a day? Pick up where you left off. Miss a week? Start that week over. The consistency matters more than perfection.

Ready?

Week 1 starts on the next page. You'll audit your actual AI exposure — every task you do, scored by how much of it AI could handle.

Most people find their number is higher than they expected. That's the point. You can't navigate what you won't look at.

Let's start.
