Founder Reality / Adapt

Find your footing as AI changes work and life.

AI is changing the work people do, the skills employers expect and the choices we make every day. Adapt looks at what those changes mean for people living through them, with real stories, clear explanations and useful ways to build skills and keep more options open.

Leave with something you can use

Work and livelihoods. Skills and judgment. Choices and control. You don't need to be a founder or a technical expert to ask what comes next.

At work

What changed in the whole working week? What still needs your judgment? Start by noticing the work before choosing another tool.

Reflect on your working week

Work Changed is a before-and-after reflection, not a prediction of job security. Faster tasks do not necessarily make a shorter week.

Everyday life

A summary, a plan or a recommendation can sound convincing. Learn to find what is supported, what is missing and what you should check yourself.

Check this work

Repair a fictional update, check your reasoning, then try a fresh case. No AI account needed.

Check this work

Leave with a corrected update and a checking habit you can repeat. Read the evidence, make your own attempt, get specific feedback, then try a fresh case.

Made-up examples you can practice on without an AI account. Use the supplied examples, not private work documents. Entries stay in page memory unless you choose browser saving or an export; leaving or reloading clears unsaved work.

The starting lesson: in George's delegation account, asking for an answer did not remove the need to understand and judge it. This exercise is an authored way to practice that distinction.

Repair a customer update

Your colleague drafted an update from these three records. Check four claims, then write an update you could defend from the evidence.

Source records (fictional)

  • S1 · Support record

At 15:00, 24 tickets were recorded: 18 resolved and six still open.

  • S2 · Incident record

The service interruption lasted from 14:05 to 14:23. A temporary patch is in place. The permanent fix is under review; no completion date is recorded.

  • S3 · Refund record

Two customers asked about refunds. No decision on either request is recorded.

Draft to repair

The interruption lasted 18 minutes. All 24 tickets are resolved, the permanent fix is live, and both refunds are approved.

1. Check the claims against the evidence

A claim is a statement you can check. A source is the record behind it. Supported: the source backs it. Contradicted: the source says something different. Not established: the source does not tell us enough. Choose the most direct source for each claim.

Claim 1: The interruption lasted 18 minutes.
Claim 2: All 24 tickets are resolved.
Claim 3: The permanent fix is live.
Claim 4: Both refunds are approved.
Need a hint?

Separate a total from a completed count, a temporary patch from a permanent fix, and a request from a decision. One claim is already supported.

Use your own words. Keep supported details, repair contradictions and say what remains unknown. The button compares your choices with a fixed answer guide. It does not use AI or judge your wording.

Name one detail you will check and the source you will use before sending a real update. Keep names and private information out.

Keep something useful

Copy or export both cases, your revisions and the checking habit. A practice file lets you reopen your work here later. Browser saving is optional and only works on this device/browser.

Trying AI on a real workflow?

AI Workflow Cost separates human time, capacity value and cash savings under your assumptions, including review and rework. It does not collect accepted-output counts or prove savings.

What Does AI Need?

Try a fictional customer update or delivery complaint. Choose which details to keep, remove or generalise, then see whether the prompt still does the job.

Practise choosing what to share

Supplied examples only. No real documents or AI account needed.

More agency, one decision at a time

A useful next step can be learning a skill, checking an answer, keeping a fallback or choosing not to use AI for a task. No prompt, course or score can guarantee job security. The aim is to understand your options and keep making choices you can explain.
