AI-Generated Voice Content

Some blog posts include audio narrations generated using AI voice technology. These audio versions are produced by an automated text-to-speech system and are not human recordings. The AI voice is designed to mimic George Pu but is entirely synthetic.

AI-generated audio may contain pronunciation errors, unnatural inflections, or other artifacts inherent to synthetic speech
The written essay is the authoritative version of all content — where any discrepancy exists between the audio and written text, the written version prevails
Audio content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of narration
You may not extract, download, redistribute, or repurpose the AI-generated audio for any commercial or public use without explicit written permission

Founder Reality and George Pu shall not be liable for any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or reliance on the AI-generated audio narration. Listeners are encouraged to refer to the written essay for the definitive version of any content.

Contact Form & Communications

When you submit a message through our contact form, you agree that your message content, name, and email address will be sent to George Pu via email. We reserve the right to not respond to messages at our discretion. Automated or bulk submissions are prohibited. We may block submissions that appear to be spam or abuse.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

You may share and reference content with proper attribution and a link back to the original. You may not republish, repackage, or repurpose this content as your own. This includes copying articles, rewriting them without attribution, or presenting them under a different name or brand. Doing so is a violation of copyright law.

AI Crawling & Training Data

AI bots and crawlers may access, index, and reference this site with attribution. However, you may not use this content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise feed into any AI model, large language model, or automated system without explicit written permission. Using AI tools to scrape, repackage, or republish this content as your own — whether directly or through AI-generated derivatives — is prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

Limitation of Liability
