Ghost Narrator — Self-Hosted AI Narration That Replaces ElevenLabs

We open-sourced Ghost Narrator, the pipeline that narrates every article on Founder Reality. A local LLM rewrites posts into narration scripts, then an open-source voice cloner generates audio in a cloned voice. The entire thing runs on a Mac. No API keys, no per-word billing. We were about to pay ElevenLabs $330/month — now it costs us electricity.

Removing Things to Simplify Your Experience

We're removing features that distracted from what matters most. The community forum is sunset (coming back later). Founder Simulation, Honest Money, and the homepage investing section are gone. Fewer things, done better.
